The fabulous Welsh Mountain Rescue team join Richard Parks at the start of his Big Welsh cycling Adventure in the Brecon Beacons. All volunteers, they respond to over 100 emergent call-outs every year, saving many lives along the way. Thanks guys for a fantastic start to our new series!
