Dale at the formal dinner at the Gold Panda Documentary Festival in Chengdu being presented by Jianying Sun, Director of the TV festival, with a ‘letter of appointment’ as a senior consultant to the festival and as a senior international advisor for the Chinese ‘Youth Elite Cultivation Plan for International Media’.
Dale says: “It’s a real honour and thrill to receive these appointments. I have had a incredible time at the Gold Panda Documentary Festival. China is really starting to take the documentary genre to its heart right now and this is a very exciting place with lots of young emerging talent. This is my third time in China this year and I hope to be coming back very soon.”
