How We Began

One Tribe TV was created by Dale Templar in 2011. Dale worked for 22 years as a senior producer and director at BBC Television. She worked in more than 50 countries and on every continent including Antarctica. She set up One Tribe TV after series-producing the double BAFTA-winning series 'Human Planet'. Since then she has been in demand as a producer, professional speaker, personality and travel writer.
