Dale Templar & Owen Gay

Dale and Owen both trained as journalists after graduating, beginning their careers with BBC News. Dale was a series-producer with BBC Current Affairs (specialising in foreign affairs), BBC Science and the BBC Natural History Unit, where she produced the BAFTA and Emmy award-winning BBC1 landmark Human Planet. She has EP-ed primetime shows for ITV, Channel 4 and Channel Five. Amongst many primetime BBC1 and BBC2 credits, Owen was the Executive Producer for the consumer affairs shows Watchdog and Watchdog Healthcheck. He managed the BBC’s relationship with the RHS (and with sponsors Merrill Lynch), running the BBC’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show coverage for eight years. As Commissioning Editor for BBC 1’s The ONE Show he was responsible for more than 500 short-form films each year.

Jack Retallack

Jack has worked both in network broadcast and branded content. He began his directing career making short films for the BBC before travelling the world producing and directing adventure TV for Channel 4, ITV, Animal Planet and Discovery US. In 2017 Jack directed an online drama-doc for the BBC Radio 1 about young people’s experiences of psychosis. It led to a deal to produce the well-received branded content films for the Royal Marines.

Luke Lovell

Luke has combined both network TV production (for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4) with bespoke, client-focused content. He is adept at producing and delivering beautifully crafted, content-rich stories that meet marketing needs and company ethos. Recent clients include Riverford Organic Farms, Mercedes Benz, NHS and Aldi.

Matt Waddleton

Matt is a shooting Producer/Director with a passion for extreme sports and travel. He has worked with global brands including Reuters, Williams F1, Mclaren F1, England and Wales RFU, Queens Tennis and Dove Deodorant. He specialises in short-form, branded content for social media and advertising campaigns, working for agencies and with clients directly.
