Head of One Tribe TV, Dale Templar has over 22 years of experience making and running primetime productions and co-productions for BBC TV, Channel 4, Five, Discovery, Animal Planet and BBC Worldwide.
Dale has filmed in more than 50 countries, and in all types of remote and challenging environments. Before setting up One Tribe TV she was the series producer of Human Planet, the multi-award winning landmark series for BBC1, receiving eight BAFTA nominations and winning two.

One Tribe TV offers a range of tailor-made training for the production industry and corporate clients who have exposure to the broadcast industry. Dale Templar head of One Tribe TV regularly works for the BBC Academy, offering a range of master classes and training.
Before working in television Dale was a professional trainer in sales and marketing. She became a journalist in BBC News and Current Affairs, working with some of the industry's top correspondents and journalists, before moving into long-form documentary formats.

Dale Templar, who runs One Tribe TV, is an established and accomplished professional speaker and personality, specialising in geography, wildlife, anthropology, the environment, adventure activities and travel. She series-produced the double BAFTA award winning BBC series 'Human Planet' and won the Royal Geographical Society 'Cherry Kearton' medal and award. She is also the co-author of the BBC Human Planet book.
Dale works as a speaker, host, judge and expert for a wide range of corporate clients, academic institutions, charities and media organisations in the UK and abroad. She has done several UK theatre tours for clients such as the Royal Geographical Society in 2011 and the 'Human Planet Revealed Tour' in 2012.
