Kate Hole

Assistant Producer

About Kate…

Kate joined One Tribe TV in June 2016, and is currently directing short films  for The One Show. She has also worked on Extreme Wales with Richard Parks.

Her production experience has taken her all to all sorts of weird and wonderful places, and her favourite shoots are always the most adventurous. Highlights so far include following Richard Parks paramotoring across Wales, visiting the most remote pub in Britain on the Knoydart Peninsula and filming the Hairy Bikers recreate the Morecambe and Wise ‘Breakfast Sketch’ on a replica set that was built in a day.

In addition to her directing, researching and production-coordinating experience, she has also worked in development on a range of series pitched to UK and international broadcasters.

Kate comes from rural Perthshire but studied for a first class degree in English Language at Glasgow University, where she also made documentaries for student radio.

Her interest in people and places has taken her around the world, from remote North-East India to the Andes.
