Celine Ritchie

Celine joined the One Tribe team in November 2025 from Academy Award-winning production company Off The Fence, where she progressed from Development Researcher to Head of Development. She has extensive experience across factual and natural history television, with many of the projects she helped originate going on to receive critical acclaim. Notably, she developed the feature-length documentary Silverback (BBC / France TV / WNET Thirteen / Sumo), which won both a Grierson Award and the Jackson Wild Grand Teton Award.
