With a childhood ambition to work in television, Esta got her break in 1994 at Bristol based post house BFV.  Moving in to production, she worked variously at the BBC, Partridge Films and United Productions on a range of genres including Natural History, Children’s and animation.  Whilst Esta’s love of all things post eventually lured her back in to the world of facilities, she is grateful for the 7 years she spent in production, where she developed a unique understanding of what clients need from a post house, and the challenges production teams face.  This has helped to make Esta a truly empathetic post production partner.

Esta spent 14 years as a Post Producer at Films at 59 and Big Bang Post Production.  During this time she gained a huge amount of experience in all aspects of post, seeing the transition of workflows from SD tape based through HD to UHD HDR file based technologies.  Esta has worked on a vast array of programming, including commercials, independent feature films, fast turnaround daytime, digital shorts and blue chip natural history.

Since 2014, Esta has taken up leadership roles as Facility Manager at Big Bang, moving on to Head of Business Development and then latterly Managing Director of Evolutions Bristol.  This gave Esta the opportunity to develop these businesses in to leading facilities delivering High End TV across a range of genres.  Esta is passionate about creating a culture of service and excellence, working closely with production teams to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements from their post house.
