Dale started his career as an apprentice with the BBC Wales Marketing team in 2018 - developing the campaign for landmark nature series Wales: Land of the Wild. After spending time in archive research at BBC Sport, scheduling at BBC Radio Wales and resource management at BBC Operations, Dale went to Cardiff University to study an MA in Digital Documentaries. 

 

After completing his graduation film 'Sons of Injustice' about the wrongful hanging of Mahmoud Mattan, Dale joined OneTribe as a junior researcher, later becoming a researcher for The One Show and One Big Thank You films.
