Lynda Bryans

Northern Ireland Lead

Lynda Bryans is a high-profile professional journalist and programme maker with over three decades of experience. Her career began in the BBCNI newsroom at the height of the Northern Ireland ‘troubles’ and her knowledge, passion and understanding for all things Irish, north and south, are second to none. Lynda worked in production before moving to front-of-camera news reporting, news anchoring and presenting. She has worked extensively on Northern Ireland regional programmes (BBCNI and UTV) and on a wide range of network shows in both television and radio.  Lynda has written for the press as a regular weekly columnist, travel writer and occasional contributor. Alongside her position at One Tribe, Lynda is  Course Director of the Foundation Degree in Journalism and Documentary Production at Belfast Metropolitan College - training, mentoring and supporting the new generation of journalists and programme makers.
