Newport-born swimmer Liz has cerebral palsy, and at the age of 14 she was selected for Team GB. Despite injury and a close family bereavement, Liz went on to win medals in three successive Paralympic Games from 2004 to 2012.

With interviews from Clare Balding and Tanni Grey-Thompson, and archive from Beijing and Athens Paralympic Games, we tell Liz's story from shy teen to determined Paralympic Gold medallist.
